1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

This is a static website: there are no accounts, no sign-up and no forms. We do not collect any personal data directly.

• Simulator: your selections are stored only in the page address (after the '#') when you use the Share button. They are never sent to a server.
• Server logs: the host (Infomaniak, Switzerland) keeps technical logs (IP address, requested page, browser, date) for a limited time, for security and aggregated statistics. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• E-mail: if you write to us, your address and message are kept while your request is handled, then for at most 12 months.

3. Audience measurement (Matomo)

We measure traffic with Matomo, hosted on our own server (analytics.devshivan.com): no data is sent to any third party. It is configured to be exempt from consent under the French CNIL guidelines: no cookie is set, IP addresses are anonymised, data is used solely to produce anonymous statistics (page views, referrers, device type) and is not combined with any other processing. You can opt out by enabling your browser's 'Do Not Track' signal, which Matomo honours.

4. Cookies and advertising

The site currently sets no cookies.

If we ever display advertising (for example via Google AdSense) or use audience measurement, a consent banner compliant with the GDPR and the French CNIL guidelines will be shown first: no advertising cookie will be set without your consent, and refusing will be as easy as accepting. This page will be updated accordingly.

5. Recipients and transfers

No data is sold or shared with third parties. Technical logs and Matomo statistics are hosted in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning you. To exercise these rights: contact@devshivan.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, or with the French CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
